I love to eat. Food is always attractive to me.
I tend to look at recipes and pictures of delicious food.
Well I found some recipes to satisfy my tasting and still eat a balanced meal for healthy weight loss or control!With low GI impact, or Keto balance, or low carb, we try different way to optimum health!
Today my first try of Keto style Almond bread is a success!
Here is the recipe:
2 cups Almond Flour
1 tbl spoon of Baking powder
1/2 cup Butter
2 tbl spoon of Coconut Oil
Mixing them following the order;
Put them in a bread loaf container, add parchment paper on the side;
Bake for 45 minutes @ 355F
Great for low carb diet,weight loss, fitness.
Taste great too!
Also this is my favorite breakfast, it is SO filling!
I won’t feel hungry for three hours straight!also
I used almond milk, nutrition shake, complete green, Chia Seeds, then added strawberries, Banana, or any fruits I found in the house. Some times I add oat meals, or cooked beans. Since this meal contains protein,high fiber, nutritions and minerals, probiotics, it is a balanced clean meal!
