Home Made Healthy Waffle with Protein Powder,flax seeds

this morning for breakfast,I tried a new waffle for my daughter.

you need:

One egg;

one packet of Whey Protein powder;

1/3 cup flour;

1/3 cup gluten rice;(or flour). Use this to make the waffle softer.

2 tbl of Flax seeds powder;

Nature sweetner: agave; honey

3/4 cup almond milk;

1/4 tsp baking powder;



crack your egg, stir;

add almond milk;

mix dry ingredients(protein powder,flour,rice flour, and baking powder);

add swteenter,a little vegetable oil

put in waffle machine.

Serve with chocolate chips or more syrup.
