Healthy Breakfast–Oatmeal with Lotus Root

I bought some lotus root yesterday and put them into my oatmeal for breakfast. It was Delicious! It is good for summer and fall. Great recipe for fiber rich meal.

First,cut your lotus into cubes.

Second, boil water;

Third, put in oatmeal;

Four, add the cut lotus root

Fifth, wait for couple of minutes

Six,Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
