Health,Energy, and Happiness all achieved from a Detox–My Testimony

IMG_7202Who doesn’t want be healthy,have a lot of energy, and happy all the time?

But how can you achieve that?  What can help to go toward that direction?

I feel that today! I feel the energy rising from my body, feel I am five years younger! Why? Since I just finished my detox two days ago!

The detox is the first time in my life I ever tried! I heard people talk about it . I knew some people tried eating apples only for several days.  I don’t know how did they handle the hungry?  I didn’t want to suffer from hungry for seven days. Since coach Fenny was hosting a group activity. I thought I would try and I want to lose the extra pounds I put in after the holiday eating and cruise foods I was indulging. I carefully read the instructions from 7 days cleansing system, then my coach gave us  the power detox food lists for shopping. The instruction is very clear on what to eat and drink during the seven days. The food lists are very comprehensive.  I can eat most vegetables and fruits that I like to eat. Just restricting oil, any process foods,drinks, coffee.

I ordered the seven day cleansing system, bought my groceries. And off I started last Thursday. In the morning,I ate some avocado salad, the recipe was from the detox recipe lists. It was delicious! Then lunch I ate some Edamame. I always love to eat them, it was addicting. Even my husband tried some and said it was good. Also I had stored banana, tangerine, apple, grape fruit,grapes, pear, orange, pomegranate, and some other fruits in the house. I have plenty of choices to pick for my fruits to eat. I got to choose three of them a day, which was great. Also I drink lemon,mint,apple vinegar tea for whole day.

I didn’t feel hungry at all! I think even eat more than normal. Here are some of the dishes I came up during my detox week. My favorite one is the Mongolian eggplant. It looks like beef dish and it is completely all vegetables. HaHa!

Now I am done with it. I feel the differences. Energy just rises from my body. My stress level is much lower. My weight is lower. My waist is 2 inches smaller. It is very rewarding experience. I will do another one  in couple more months.
